Policy Cancellation

The worst experience ever. I have been trying to cancel my life insurance with this people for almost 3 weeks, every time I escalate it they give me another person to escalate to. Then they give me another person but all my emails bounce back.

Now still today I'm stuck with two policies which I'm paying but I don't want there service, it's impossible to cancel this product as they make it so difficult.

Maybe something will be done after they receive this review cos if my get another person to escalate to then I. Probably as high as the sky.
