Policy being cancelled for no reason(CP009679)
In 2015 I finished paying off my car with Standard Bank and advised them that I would like to continue with the Warranty. David Vorster and Sphiwe Dlamini from Standard Bank assisted me with the Insurance and advised me that it will be debiting separately till the car reached 300ks. I called in and spoke to Theresa Jabavu on the 23/09/15 @ 10:58 and she advised me policy is active. I called in again and spoke to Happy Moloi on the 28/09/15 just to double check of which she told me all is in order. On the 27/11/15 I called again and spoke to Thabang ****ubye @ 08:24am and he also advised all is in order , policy is active. I called in again on the 23/03/16 @ 09:03 am and spoke to Nonkululeko who again assured me that all is in order, policy is active. I called in again on the 23/03/18 and spoke to Theresa Jabavu who advised me that all is in order policy is active. To my surprise when I called in yesterday the 29/09/19 when I now have an issue with my car and it needs to be repaired Mpho Motloung advised me that policy was cancelled in March 2019 because they haven't been receiving paymentSsince 2015 how so if I have been calling ever since the reactivation of my policy in 2015 and everyone I spoke to advised me that everything was in order????? How do you just cancel someone's policy who has been calling just to make sure everything is in order without notifying them ???is this not a ******* ? unprofessionalism on Standard Banks side ? I have been a loyal customer for close to 20yrs now but I am being repaid with a huge slap on my face. I logged a complaint with Mpho Motloung on the 29/10/19 still nobody has bothered to contact me at alllll. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Standard Bank after being a loyal customer for close to 20yrs. Policy is on debit order and I always and always have enough cash on my account on the 26th of every month so I just don't get this at all....annoyed!!!!!!!!
