pMy Insurance Policy is aid up and Closed and you never updated with Credit bureau's
Hi Standardbank Insurance. I need you to re-Issue me with a new Account closure letter confirming that I have closed my Insurance account with Standard Bank Insurance. I also need you to rectify and correctly update my credit profile with Experian and TransUnion. Furthermore I am lodging a complaint with the Credit Ombudsman, as you have never updated the Insurance policy to status paid up and closed with any of the credit Beurue's and the letter you sent me incorrectly states that you have closed my Insurance policy as a result of my Bank Account having been closed with Standard Bank, which is false. My Bank Accounts was never closed with Standard bank and is very much still active,
I was not happy with Standard Bank Insurance and requested that you cancel my Inurance policy SHS***. I paid up the policy until it was closed as per my request and not the other way around. I need this rectified between standard bank and credit bureau. This is negatively affecting my credit profiles and scoring as a result of the incompetence of those who handled my request to close my Insurance Policy and now shows open and handed over with the bureau's. I need you to fix this ASAP.

I have paid up my Insurance till the last billing and requested it to be cancelled, it was cancelled on my request, but you gave me a letter stating falsely that my Insurance policy was cancelled due to the closure of my Standard Bank Acc. this has lead to the credit bureau's updating this insurance policy as still active and handed over. I need you to update correctly on your side and with the credit bureau's and Re-Issue me with a letter correctly stating that my account is paid up and closed. as I do not owe standard bank Insurance any money and I need this Rectified, ASAP. you are messing with my life by the error's you have made.
