Please so not get standard bank insurance for your home, you will regret it!!!!!

Even 1 star is a really generous rating for the service in getting from standard bank insurance. They closed my case saying case has been resolved but it still hasn't. A month later and I'm still sitting with a wide open garage door in a not so safe neighborhood. Complaints department stopped responding, consultants not even bothered!!
