Please help!!! House flooded, horrific living circumstances due to no service!

On the 1st of June 2018 we had a flood in our house. The tenants called me and i went to investigate. The water was as high as the bed and the bed was covered in water. Some furniture floated around the house. The whole house was flooded as well as the backyard. The washing machine was found floating outside in the backyard. The cause of the flooding is because of a municipal blocked storm water pipe. I called Std bank insurance to submit a claim. An assessor was appointment. The assessor only made contact with me after 8 days. The assessor named Mr. Willemse came out to the property. He then informed me that he will only come back to do an assessment when the house is cleaned. As you can imagine the water was full of mud and it soaked into the floors. EVERYTHING WAS FULL OF MUD because of the flooding. After my complaint, another assessor was appointed (Thys Eksteen). It is now 6 weeks later and only on Monday 09 July a contractor came to remove all the wooden floors. The tenants had to move all their belongings into 1 room. This is a 3 bedroom house, with a kitchen and lounge. You can imagine how difficult and inconvenient it is for the tenants. The tenants have been living in terrible conditions for the last 6 weeks. It is not only dangerous but also unhygienic. Today is Friday and no one came back to the house to fix the floors since Monday. The service we received from STD bank insurance is shocking. The tenants have no where else to go and it seems that there is no progress made to fix the property. We need someone to speed up the process urgently!
