Placed on Hold No help Received

This morning I called into the ***number was put on hold for 7 minutes cause the consultant advised that he was transferring me to someone who can help with changing the banking details for my monthly premium. I didn't even get help, this is so disappointing and frustrating. I expect someone to call me back to assist change banking details as I'm not willing to hold on any longer.
