My confidence and customer service experience was at an all time low when it comes to Standard Bank Insurance. However, all this was forgotten and reversed when I can to be assisted by Phumzile Ngcombela at a claims stage. I'm of the view that most of her team members can learn a thing or two about customer care and going aa extra mile to delight their customers.
