Phone line doesn’t work. Can’t update details.

I’m unable to update the regular driver on my policy. Their phone line goes dead after the voice prompts. Reported this in December and nothing was done. They need to fix that useless phone line and I won’t be blamed for not updating details when they can’t take my call.
