PAYMENTS PLEASE! TIRED OF WAITING FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS!

Hi I'm Candice Willemse, my uncle has passed away since the year of 2018, it's over 3 years now. I'm one of the beneficiaries that has inherited the estate and policies. The estate officer that handled my uncle's Will from 2018 till August this year 2021, has to our knowledge retired. Some of us include my uncle that is the executive we're in contact with her via email, in one of her emails she personally stated that the liquidation account is in the process of being finalized, at the current time she said that she handed the file to her line manager who has signed it off, she just need to take it to the master to be finalise and layed for a period of 21 days, 21 days turned into months. She also assured us that she will at the time pay out the policies to us, she was just waiting on Old Mutual than payments will be made, if the other policies has already payed out to them, why are they stil holding on our money, it was end of year 2020, beginning of this year but nothing came of it. She also asked for documents over and over, documents that my uncle who is the executive already handed in. He also send standard bank emails with no respond. The last email she sensed was to let us know that she has retired and that the new estate officer will get in contact with us, till now no one has been in contact. My cousin's wife also send a review to HelloPeter, the last email she got from standard bank were asked us to give them time till the 19th, this coming Friday with updates, when Friday comes than another date will be given, it will go on for weeks, months or probably years, since it is already more that 3 year. We can't wait for much longer, we want payments very soon, in this month, before November ends. Many of us lost our jobs due to Covid-19, we have families to provide for as we have inherited and it's almost Christmas, we need our money, not next month, next year, we want it as soon as possible. My uncle needs to rest in peace, how can he if the people he has trusted, doesn't care what his loved ones is going through. Insurances can't possibly take this long to be paid out. We are getting really frustrated, we are still grieving, how long will this go on. HelloPeter can you kindly help us with this matter please? If standard bank doesn't make payments soon, before December then we want a meeting with them or they will leave us no choice to take this matter further. Thank you in advance!
