Paying for insurance I did not sign up for

Hi there..I bank with standard bank since i started working in 2002...in 2019 i bought a car, insured with Bay Union Insurance Brokers till now,in November 2021 Standard bank decided to take a vehicle insurance for my car without my permission and they debit 2500 rands on 30 November..I called them and they requested a current vehicle insurance for my car,Bay Union Insurance Brokers gladly assisted me the documents required..Reference *** and money was to be paid in 14 days, which I'm still waiting for, 31 December 2021 they debit again..kanti what's going on?after I explained how much inconvenience they caused,for 2months I'm paying for 2 vehicle insurance to different companies...I need my money, I am have been insured with Bay Union
