Pay your premiums and after 2 months they still did not fix my cameras

<p>Two months ago just 2 days after I had parcially reinstalled my camera system which the bank paid me out for at half the value that I paid for it 10 years ago, not sure how they get to that value as I was under the impression that the insurance replace something or pay you out for something at the same value but anyhow the lightning struck again and out goes the cameras and dvr and the electric fence. The electric fence was sorted 2 weeks ago and nothing has come from my camera system. Meanwhile I was ****** of 70 chickens in two nights but because I had no camera sytem at no fault of mine I had to carry the loss of that. Now my issue is I live about 400 meters from a squatter camp housing 2000 peaplle of whom 2 thirds are unemployed. So they hungry and me being the only supplier of chicken around the system would have identified suspects for the saps to peruse to arrest these *******. This sytem protects me and my family as we can actually see at night what is going on around the house, but now we cannot. I have addressed this issue 2 times with the insurance just to get a call from the insurance ti find out if the company the ask to come and fix this has contacted me, the answer was no they have not but crazy as it seems it is the same people that fixed the fence, now can this be sorted or should I escilate to the Directors?</p>
