Pay for nothing

<p>I have been paying my bond cover for over a year despite sending a request to cancel because I have taken up life cover.after sending the documents requested by them I called to check if it was cancelled and they confirmed it was.only now that i realised if was never cancelled and I have been paying a year now for double cover.howconvenient.the call centre refuse to tell me how am I going to get a rebait because my phone was ****** and I don't have the copy of email .i have been trying to sort this out again since weeks now they keep asking for the same documents but continue to Bill me !!!!@</p>
