Pay for nothing

<p>I have taken up bond cover and sent through a request to cancel the std bank cover as I have taken up life cover which has more benefits.contacted std bank a year ago and sent through all the required docs to cancel on the 25 may 2015.they have not cancelled to date and only realised now that I am paying for double cover.they refuse to refund me cos my phone was ****** and I have no record of the email correspondence .how interesting is this </p>
