Pay back the money

I have called multiple time for them to stop deducting from my account , I want back my 2 month money that went off my account. They should cancel it and pay me back the money they took from my account I never gave any authorization for them to deduct from my account. 😠 😡 👿

You guys are so quick to cancel policies but when it come to refunding the money you take time , this is really unacceptable 😑. Please sort out this matter you guys never return to call and your call center always refers you to a consultant that can't help and keeps a person going in circles.

Sort out my matter immediately or I'll let my lawyer handle this matter because I'm done with this poor service.
