Pay back my money and wasting my time and money

This morning called in to reverse a debt order they are give me a run around and no1 even the consultants can't help. Wasted my airtime been calling from past 8 , spoken to the team leader he then refers me to transactional department the lady then tells me to wait on the line drops call and calls me saying the team leader will get back to me it's past 10 now and still no help like really. Service delivery very poor honestly I'm definitely changing my bank to something better
