Pathetic workmanship every single time

I think, standard bank home insurance is thee most pathetic product in the market. The quality of the workmanship is at the lowest. This is my third time, I have to pay someone to come fix things after the insurance has done something on my properties. Four months ago I claimed for a bath, it was so poorly installed,that I need to pay someone again for the second time to fix it. I'm tired of this company
