Pathetic Turnaround Time and Service
I have submitted a funeral insurance claim on Tuesday the 25th November today is the 1st December and there has been no progress with my claim. I have followed up everyday and was told the assessor would call me. To date I am still waiting. The turnaround time for processing is 48hrs this is way over that so my deceased family member should still be waiting to be buried 7 days and counting later? This is pathetic

04 Dec 2025, 09:564 days later I have not had any luck getting my claim paid out. This is absolutely ridiculous, how do I burry my cousin? This is 10 days later and there has been nothing but misinformation everytime I contact the call centre
