PATHETIC STANDARD BANK INSURANCE!!!

On 8 May 2023 I complained about Standard Bank Insurance not paying professional fees after 11 months. This was their reply: "Standard Bank Insurance's reply: 08 May 2023, 15:04 The business has rep**** privately, and only Ertjies H can view this message." This is not true. I never received any "private reply", they did not contact me and they still owe the money. As I stated in the previous review my account is not for an insurance claim, but for professional quantity surveying services rendered. We helped them in a very short period to attain GOOD tenders and saved them a lot of money as they had to pay temporary accommodation for their client and his family while waiting for the reinstatement of their house. TIME WAS OF THE ESSENCE. STANDARD BANK INSURANCE IS WORSE THAN PATHETIC. THEIR EMPLOYEES DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY (OR CAPABILITY) TO REPLY ON EMAILS!!! i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I MAY PUT THEIR NAMES ON HELLOPETER?
