Pathetic Standard Bank Insurance

Standard Bank Insurance is a bunch of ******. We had severe damage to the outside of our property due to the recent floods in Durban. They send an inspector out who says the claim is rejected due to ongoing mould. This only happened after the floods. In his report he says that the mould was caused from the rising damp due to the rains but the claim is rejected. They need to be taken to task for this and reported to the Ombudsman which I will be doing.

The send out inspectors who work for them and probably get a bonus for how may claims they reject. This is a ****
