Pathetic Standard Bank Insurance

Logged a claim in May 2019 and upto now that claim 19/403771 has not been finalised. 4 months to finalise a claim? This is pathetic. I pay premiums in time every month but the service I get is pathetic. I just requested for a cash settlement after realising Standard Insurance was not gonna solve my problem .....oh the insurer instead of a prompt response 3 weeks gone now waiting for cash settlement. If anyone wants frustration stay or join Standard bank Insurance. I have given up. Calling the call centre I am always told they are working on my claim... requesting to talk to a manager....always in meetings. Really? This company is horrible with claims....4 months and counting eish
