PATHETIC STANDARD BANK AND DRAIN GEYSER PLUMBING "EXPERTS"

This is the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. Water pipe burst on Sunday morning 14 June 2020. It took 3 hours before Standard Bank "Emergency" Line was answered. They gave me a claim number and allocated a useless plumber to my case (Still waiting for the plumber 4 days later. Plumber made an appointment for Monday June 15 at 14:00. They never came. When I phoned them today, the women from Drain Geyser Plumbing "Experts" said she phoned me on Monday, and I said I got another plumber and they do not need to come anymore!!!

I never spoke to this woman in my life. Standard Bank also told me according to their records this case was finalised and closed! I AM NOW WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR 4 DAYS DURING THE COLDEST WINTER DAYS!!!!!
