Pathetic sickening poor service
Since my review on the 19 Feb 2021 I have been waiting for Standard Bank Insurance to resolve my late father's bond issue. I have sent numerous emails and your Consultants pretended to be on this case till now. I have been calling and being transferred from one Department to the other and eventually call got dropped. Your service is pathetic.
