Pathetic services from standard bank insurance

Im so disappointed with standards bank insurance... their services are so pathetic I've been trying to contact them for about a week now in order to make some changes to my car insurance, they are nowhere to be found... and it's not my first time experiencing this. I've wasted R150 worth of airtime queuing to get to speak to an agent, even when you request for a call back they will never get back to you... their services are sh*t. Once you get insured with them they nolonger care about your needs, all they fuc****ng care about is getting new customers , they dont give a sh*t about the existing ones... Imagine what will happen when it's time for me to file a claim when they're failing to assist with a simple thing like changing an address
