pathetic services

Do not ever take out insurance with this company there customer services is pathetic it has been 3 weeks trying to get hold of a servicing consultant they keep me holding on the line for up to 30 minutes at a time and just cut me off they have not once sent me any communication about my policy no policy documents i dont know anything about my insurance if this is the service i am getting now what would it be like if i were to claim pathetic
