Pathetic Services

<p>I was in a accident on the 28th of February 2017, my vehicle was only towed away by the insurance on the Friday evening. Took them another week to get someone to asses the vehicle and inform us that it had been written off. My wife had to send paperwork to proof ownership of the vehicle and was told they would get back but up untill then still nothing. In the meen while I have been struggling to get to and from work. They did say it takes 5 working days but the way they have been handling things are not customer service... </p>
