Pathetic services

I'm discussed with their service and how about they go helping their customers, I have home insurance and life cover with standard bank as my bond is taken out with them. Firstly the home insurance has been canceled by them or their broker without my permission in sitting with no geyser because my insurance has been canceled I have two vulnerables in the house age 4 and 2 several attempts of calling no body can answer me nor can they return my calls after stating to them my phone is going to go off!

Secondly my life cover is 1400 pm that's sickening who pays so much for life cover nobody gave us a quotation or explained why it's going to be that amount. But theirs ads of lerato paying 125pm she's only 25 yrs old covers 1 million well I'm only 26 what makes me and her so different.

Iv emailed them no response keep phoning my God damn airtime but no resolution or call back
