Pathetic service with false promises

<p>1st spoke to Rodney, who said, the request was done by him and someone will call me, but i got an sms saying they need a wrtitten request, which i did, but still nothing. Called again, holding for 30minutes, spoke to Nthabiseng explained to her that i sent a request for the refund for my credit life policy, she transferred me to Nontobeko who is not even willing to assisting telling she can't tranfer me to the Admin team leader but back to Nthabiseng, who also said there was no request sent, but Rondey Matome & Sibongile Sishuba confirmed that the request was done and the sighed request was received. Standard Bank you are so useless in everyway, just to do a 1 day thing you take almost 2 months. Belinda Modikwe promised to send the request to the Team leader for Admin department</p>
