PATHETIC SERVICE STD BANK INSURANCE

I logged a claim on the 28/01/19 for a burst water pipe as well damages to my furniture, tiles etc. They only called me on the day I logged the claim and sent out service providers to confirm the damage. To date no response from them. I waa forced to repair damages due to health issues from the damp. I call every day multiple times and wait more than 10 minutes at a time. I have wasted hundreds of rands in airtime. My emails go unattended to. I am beyond disgusted with the poor service. I've been with them for 13 years now and not happy at all
