Pathetic service Standard bank insurance

Really appalled by the pathetic service from the staff as well as contractors.. I have had a follow up claim with them from last year November after all the renovations that was done by them (cupboards, bathroom leaks etc) started doing the exact same thing LEAKING AGAIN seems like no one can understand it or assess it properly, after numerous calls and numerous emails we have had laughable responses like it's the outside geyser leaking inside .. we are left with rotten mouldy cupboards worse than its ever been even before they renovated. Now I'm dealing with a health hazard, sick kids and a terrible odor in my home. As they promise world class service, I'm now left confused with no service at all.. what does it take to get a response or finalization.. it's the most frustrating and dissapointing company to deal with.
