Pathetic Service standard bank!!!

I'm am disappointed and frustrated with standard bank insurance. I have a funeral policy and have been trying for the past week to change my debit order details before the 25/05.

The funeral call centre never answers, I also asked for a call back urgently, and nothing!!

This is horrible service!!!
