Pathetic service once again

After 2 of my previous hello Peter's i was promised that someone would call me... nobody has called yet I call in ask for a manager the call was answered by David after 20 minutes who told me he will get me a manager the call then drops... Call me on ********** 456 Is this really what I'm paying for???
