Pathetic service of an *********** company

Pathetic service!!! 21 years with them and its been over 3 weeks of reporting a burst geyser. I have a small baby and we havent had hot water since. Calling them repeatedly and the Team Leaders never get back to u. This was the most ****tiest insurance to ever have with regards to your home. Its December now so looks like il go through Christmas without hot water. Louis ngobeni after numerous emails closed the complaint and shipped us off to wait for a call from the service provider. Over 50mins of my airtime calling the help line and those clueless dumb ****holes still havent given any assistance
