Pathetic service from Standard Bank life

Pathetic service, informed them of new bank details to deduct life insurance from my new bank account, I called twice to confirm that this was loaded and was informed it is loaded, however no deduction was processed. TO DATE I AM NOT COVETED . If I pass away tomorrow I am not covered and my family will not get anything from my life insurance, this is due to the fact that the lazy consultants at Standard Bank life just dnt do their jobs .. no calls or emails from any one at Standard Bank life . Hopefully someone will call me after this complaint, cause it looks like only when you put a complaint on Hello Peter does someone respond ....
