Pathetic service from Standard Bank Insurance. Have been struggling with SBI for two full weeks to get wall fixed that was crushed by tree during a storm. Pathetic!

Pathetic service from Standard Bank Insurance. SBI have zero interest for the people they insure! I have been struggling with SBI for two full weeks to get wall fixed that was crushed by tree during a storm. I paid for the removal of the tree so that my neighbour could get access to his property. SBI have not yet done anything about repairs. On top of the R2,200.00 I already paid from my own pocket, they now want me to pay R750.00 before starting the repairs. I keep paying and they keep pocketing. What's the deal here? Pathetic!
