Pathetic service. From. Standard bank insurance

On numerous occasions claims always rejected based on the same reason.. Rejected roof claim. And now sink hole caused by flood.. Consultant Trisha just hangs up the fone.

Pathetic service.. My premiums paid faithfully look for excuses to reject claim..

They send out wrong assessors for damage and then reject. I would never advise anyone to use this service
