Pathetic Service from Standard Bank Insurance

How is it possible that a 1st time claim on my new bond can take 2 months plus to finalise? This claim was registered in Nov 22 and still Standard Bank Insurance haven’t settled it yet. Trying to call them is a waste of time and they don’t reply on your e-mails either
