Pathetic service from Standard Bank Insurance

The most pathetic service ever. Standard Bank Insurance are the insurers for my house. i have never claimed before. Now my geyser burst just over two weeks ago. I paid for the geyser repairs out of my pocket, with approval from Standard Bank Insurance and i can claim thereafter. i submitted all the documents that they requested. they don't respond to emails, they promise you that they will get back to you and you will be repaid within 2 days. to date - no responses - no money. they are ***********. Do yourself a favor and not use standard bank insurance, if you do will sorely regret it.
