Pathetic service from Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance.
If I could rate "0" I would rate Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance exactly that. They take forever to finalize a claim. Well I in fact it has not been finalized yet. I am still sending numerous emails to try and get someone to respond to me with action. Their Contact Centre: *** is an absolute waste of time as you wait forever and eventually give up. I have been trying for over two weeks for them to respond back to me to finalize the claim. I have been with Standard Bank Home Loan, Home Insurance and all my Banking for over thirty years and they give you a slap in the face like this. DISGUSTING. You can guess where my next year's policy will not be with.
