Pathetic service from Standard bank

Worst experience ever! My geyser burst. There is no contact details for home insurance on their web page. You have to phone another department for them to give you the phone number. When you dial that number an automated voice gives you options and then cuts the call. This happened continually every time that u phoned. Why are we even paying this institution for insurance when we get such pathetic service.
