PATHETIC, ********** SERVICE FROM A DISHONEST BUNCH

SIL provides **********, pathetic service. Submitted a claim for a lightning damaged alarm system. Claim was authorised and confirmation of same sent to me and the service provider. A day before installation, the consultant calls the service provider to say that they are not approving the claim any longer and that he should inform the client about this. I also spoke to SIL who advised that they made a "mistake" authorizing the claim and that they "decided" it should be revoked. Three weeks later and still waiting on a rejection letter. Furthermore, I am trying to discuss the matter with the claims handler who was changed twice for no given reason, and now does not bother to respond to any emails, calls, etc. They are refusing my claim on baseless arguments and not opening up an opportunity for discussion around it. All they do is ignore emails, questions, calls, etc. I would never recommend SIL to anyone!!!!
