I registered a claim on the 6/07/2023 for house that was broken into for the doors and butler gates at my propertyto be fixed.I have been making countless follow-ups and not even one person came to me to update me on the progression the claim The last follow-up was today with their Complaints Department who told me that their turn around is 8 working days
