pathetic service

I reported a burglary claim on the 22/01/2020 , and to this date , the forced entry to the building has not been attended to , let alone being assessed , I had dealt with the lady called Razana and she left a bitter taste in my mouth , and she sounded less interested in my claim , and she kept on referring me to the service provide . even after I told her that I was not insured with the service provider.dont know if they want me to have another break in order this matter to be attended urgently , I demand for a manager of the department to contact asap.
