Pathetic service

Complained to Standard Bank Insurance on 11.11.19 that my roof was leaking due to the hailstorm on 10 November which damaged my lounge ceiling. To date I have not had the assessor contact me. Pathetic service from Standard Bank Insurance. Will change my household and building policy to somebody that is more competent.
