Pathetic Service

I submitted a claim on Sunday gave them a call on monday and they said theres is outstanding documents which I sent with all other documents up until today the claim has not been processed. Matter was escalated and no one is calling ne when I call them they still tell me about escalations, the agent I spoke to recently said she was going to out me through to their complains department and put ne through to private banking. I am so ****ed with their service. Submitted the same documents to Absa and claim was paid within hours
