Pathetic service

I recently had my 3rd claim over 11 years of insurance declined through standard bank insurance. They always have some excuse to why it will not be paid. They say they cover accidental damage however when you drill a hole into your water pipe by mistake its declined because its 'not covered' . My property which has been standing for 18 years is not covered for walls collapsing because its wasnt built properly. They are a bunch of cheats and look for any excuse not to pay! Not forgetting the person calling you back is rude and arrogant. Definitely will never recommend them and looking to move.
