Pathetic Service and ******* for premiums paid
Failure to resolve the my complaint. After i called to register my complaint an electrician (Dimikie Trading) was allocated, then he came to my house and after less than an hour he told me that the problem i reported requires more work than anticipated. He promised to contact the insurance and to get back to me after 45 minutes which he never did. Well until now i’m still waiting and have not heard anything either from him nor the insurance.

11 Oct 2019, 21:57Well the responses that you promised was a lie.Someone called Mohamed called me yesterday late in the afternoon and he promised to investigate and get back to me. Well guess what another lie!!! I’m still without water ???? even today. But deductions for premiums are done monthly without fault and the unreliable standard bank insurance does not care about their clients . Pathetic!!!
