Pathetic service again

<p>Since I registered my claim 3 weeks ago, I keep getting told my claims handler Will call me back. I finally received a call back on Wednesday where I was promised to be called back before end of day with more feedback... still nothing. if I phone the call centre back I'll get told the claims handler Will call me but in actual fact he won't</p>
