Pathetic service

Pathetic service had a geyser that burst ,which they fixed ,now we sit with damaged ceiling,and massive hole where they took out old geyser,this was last week Friday 27th June,they said they would send a contractor to fix everything, this now almost a week later 2nd July and still no response.
