PATHETIC SERVICE
STANDARD BANK ... the worst bank ever for insurance claims. They contract 3rd grade service providers that have NO clue what they are doing. They perform 2nd grade maintenance and costs have to be absorbed by me to rectify the issues. I have been trying to get in touch with them and NO response to emails, calls, messages. They just DO NOT CARE !!! I have been sending emails to Executive Complaints dept and still NO RESPONSE. There is NO service from them. Their service is pathetic. They seriously need to get their act together. I am STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM THEM WITH REGARDS TO MY INSURANCE CLAIM AND TO FIX MY GARAGE DOOR THAT THEY BROKE EVEN MORE.
