Pathetic service

We called them two weeks ago to come see to.our fridge they never rep****.Then we had a incident due to load shedding our amp blew no reply. We requested call backs, we sent emails . We had our fridge fixed twice by personal people due to no response our other items still broken Disgusted with standard bank insurance for content service
